Feed the Scorchpot Platform Roadmap

The live paid build is Windows PC. Everything else is a promise with a partner, not a second wiki.

Platform Roadmap

Feed the Scorchpot is out now on Windows via Steam (app 3966510) and on itch.io through Indieformer. That pair is the baseline this wiki writes against: single-player, mouse or pad, a twenty-year contract, forty trophies. Publisher copy also says GOG, Epic, iOS, and Android are on the way. Until those storefronts actually sell a build, treat them as a roadmap, not a system-requirements chart.

Indieformer’s own newsletter (#81) is the clearest public mobile note: iOS and Android landing after the PC release, described as late (late) 2026, with Short Circuit Studio in Stockholm as the co-publishing partner. The same letter is careful to say this is a real deal, not a leftover Kickstarter stretch-goal ghost. It is still not a date you can set a calendar invite on. When a store page goes live, System requirements will have to grow a second column. Today it describes Windows.

What you can buy this week

  • Steam (Windows). The 1.0 contract. Confirm price on the store; launch sat at $14.99 USD with an introductory discount window that press listed through late August 2026. A Balatro bundle existed at launch for people who already speak combo.
  • itch.io. The second PC door. Same game family, different storefront. Refunds and files follow itch rules, not Steam’s.
  • Demo. Steam app 4338170, still the tutorial plus three seeds. Demo vs full game is the comparison page.

There is no Mac or Linux depot in the launch appdetails payload this wiki checked. Do not plan a dual-boot around a rumor. If you experiment with compatibility layers, you are on your own and still playing a single-player game.

What is announced, not shipped

  • GOG and Epic. Named on the publisher site. No live SKU in the materials this wiki used. Wishlist elsewhere if you must; cook on Steam if you want the version the reviews scored.
  • iOS and Android. Short Circuit Studio (Townsfolk, Hearthside, Teeny Tiny Town) is the named mobile partner. Expect a touch-first layout if it ships, not a pixel-perfect Steam port. Controls today assume mouse-only options and full controller support on PC, including Steam Deck as a best-effort pad target.
  • Extra-player modes. Not on the roadmap we can cite. Harder hungers and extra dragons are not couch play. Difficulty Modes explains the slider you actually have.

Why this wiki will not pretend a phone build is out

Fan pages die when they write “available on iOS” six months early. The live loop — Marks, tantrums, Codex — is the PC loop. Mobile will have to re-teach corners you cannot drag as easily. Until Indieformer or Short Circuit posts a store link, the Guides Hub is written for a Windows cursor.

Community still lives on Discord, X, Threads, and Bluesky. Those links sit on the Links Hub. Roadmap talk belongs there and on Steam news, not in a fake patch table.

How platforms interact with content

Achievements are Steam’s forty plus the demo’s ten. itch.io will not clone that overlay. A phone port may invent its own. Achievements describes the Steam list.

Cloud saves are a Steam Cloud checkbox on the store. Do not assume itch, GOG, or mobile share that file.

Languages on the PC launch card include English, French, German, Spanish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. This wiki ships English, French, German, and Spanish pages because that is the site’s locale set, not because the game lacks the others.

When a storefront ships, update this page first, then system requirements, then the Updates Hub. Until then, buy the Windows build or play the demo. The dragon is already hungry on PC.
