Feed the Scorchpot Tools Hub
Two calculators for a game that already asks you to add dice in your head.
These tools do not play Feed the Scorchpot for you. They print the arithmetic the board already uses. Open Dice Odds to see the three pairwise Marks for a tray. Open the Mark Planner to see which faces create a tile number you farmed.
Use them beside How to Play until the sums are muscle memory. After that, keep the planner around for ugly late boards and the odds widget around for “is this 10 even possible from what I kept.”
What the tools will not do
They will not place farms. That is Island Layout. They will not pick recipes. That is Scoring Combos and the recipes tier list. They will not spend ducats. That is Shop Tools.
They assume six-sided faces unless you type another 1-6 value. Special dice that break those faces still obey pairwise addition; you just type the faces you see.
Suggested workflow
- Note the tile numbers under your farms.
- Mark them in the Mark Planner.
- After a roll, type the three faces into Dice Odds.
- Keep the faces that already hit. Reroll the rest.
- Cook. Then go back to the walkthrough if the year still looks hungry.
Why a wiki tool page exists
The in-game UI already shows dice. It does not always show the three sums as a teaching aid. New cooks miss that A+B, A+C, and B+C are all live Marks. The odds widget exists to make that impossible to miss.
If a tool looks blank, enable JavaScript. If you are on a phone, rotate only if the number keys feel small; the widgets wrap.
For storefronts and Discord, see the Links Hub. For patch timing, Updates. For the rest of the verbs, the Guides Hub.
A note on phones and second monitors
Keep the game on the pad or the main monitor. Keep these calculators on the side. They are not overlays and they will not pause the dragon for you. If you play in fullscreen exclusive and cannot alt-tab cleanly, screenshot your tray and type the faces from the photo. That sounds silly until year eighteen when a 10 would have saved the peninsula.
Neither widget uploads your seed. Everything runs in the browser. If you stream, the widgets are safe to show; they only print public addition. If a viewer yells a Mark you already see, you do not owe them a rebuild. You owe the dragon a meal.
When you outgrow the widgets, that is success. How to Play should take over. Come back when a specialty die makes the mental math ugly again.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Which tool should I open during a season?
Dice Odds after you roll. Mark Planner before you decide which numbers to farm.
Do the tools include special dice?
Type the faces you currently see, even if a specialty die printed them. Pairwise sums still apply.
Are these official?
No. They are fan calculators for the public Mark rules.
